Too many youths are being bullied and intimidated at school and even off school grounds. Give your daughter or son the ability to feel confident in situations where they may otherwise feel threatened. Our classes are conveniently offered on Tuesdays and Thursdays right after school …come and learn how to defend against different kinds of aggressors.
